Jennifer Lewis

Director of HR

Jennifer Lewis has extensive experience in both Human Resources and Employee Relations. Most of her career has been in healthcare, so she was very excited to join Alpha Business Solutions (ABS) and tackle Human Resources in a new industry. Her passion and reason for choosing HR as her career path is knowing she gets to help people navigate difficult situations every day. The diversity and kindness she has seen in the day-to-day work at ABS is amazing.

Jen has a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University. She is a wife to her wonderful husband Adam, and a mother to her beautiful two-year-old daughter Ella as well as their five-year-old French-bulldog, Brody.
